Description

ISB slewing bearings in the ZB2 standard series have two rows of ball bearings, therefore eight contact points, with spacers in Nylon and inner gear teeth.
They are comprised of forged rings, which are machined to form a very rigid structure where both rings have a square section, with a deep fixing hole
that maximises the performance of the structure.
ISB slewing bearings in the ZB2 standard series have standard market dimensions with single upper and lower lip seals in NBR. They are supplied pre-greased.

ISB slewing bearings in the ZB2 standard series are used in cases of very heavy loads, such as compost and potentially impulsive or inertial loads.
The double ball bearing row construction creates a reactive system inside the slewing bearing, which counteracts the effect of the enormous tilting moments,
distributing the weight across both raceways.
