- Blue ral 5010 (CMRV)

Tapered roller bearings on the screw, from size 75 for heavy loads
2RS bearings on request for mounting in vertical position V5 - V6.
Seal rings:
SKF primary brand sealing rings in NBR.
On request in viton for applications with operating temperatures above 100°C, double inlet sealing ring for heavy duty / vertical mounting V6.
Worm:
High tensile steel 39 NiCrMo3, case hardened and tempered. Screw profile ZI (UNI4760) ground.
Bronze crown:
High quality CuSn12Ni bronze to ensure superior yields.
Noise levels tested between 62 - 65 dBa.
Lubricant
AGIP ISO VG320 synthetic oil up to size 75.
SHELL mineral oil ISO VG460 from 90 to 150.
