Basic Bearings EB2, with double ball bearing row

SLEWING BEARINGS WITH DOUBLE BALL BEARING ROW, OUTER GEAR TEETH

ISB slewing bearings in the EB2 standard series have two rows of ball bearings, therefore eight contact points, with spacers in Nylon and outer gear teeth.
They are comprised of forged rings, which are machined to form a very rigid structure where both rings have a square section, with a deep fixing hole that maximises the performance of the structure.
ISB slewing bearings in the EB2 standard series have standard market dimensions with single upper and lower lip seals in NBR.
ISB slewing bearings in the EB2 standard series are supplied pre-greased.

ADVANTAGES
ISB slewing bearings in the EB2 standard series are used in cases of very heavy loads, such as compost and potentially impulsive or inertial loads.
The double ball bearing row construction creates a reactive system inside the slewing bearing, which counteracts the effect of the enormous tilting moments,
distributing the weight across both raceways.

SPECIAL TECHINCAL FEATURES
ISB slewing bearings in the EB2 standard series feature quite important characteristics, such as high-end materials, high-performance gear teeth modules to guarantee rotation when loaded,
and hardened gear teeth to avoid wear under loads.
