Inner ring IR INA

The inner rings are made of hardened steel for rolling bearings and have highly finished raceways
or rectified. Apply:

- if in the needle roller cages, in the roller bearings with or without bottom and in the roller bearings the shaft
it cannot be used as a raceway.
- if it is necessary to combine needle roller bearings with wider inner rings to allow greater displacements
axial shaft with respect to the housing if it is necessary to optimize the sliding surfaces of the lips
sealing.

Internal rings with high finish
The IR inner rings have a raceway with a high finish. The bevels on the front surfaces
facilitate insertion into the bearings and prevent damage to the sealing lips of the bearings.
Inner rings are available with or without lubrication hole.

Ground internal rings
The LR inner rings have a ground raceway. The front surfaces are turned, the edges
blunt. These rings have wider tolerances than the IR rings. They are therefore suitable for applications that allow
greater tolerances in width and have less flatness requirements.
